Scope of Work: Complete structural steel and miscellaneous metals package for new 10th floor penthouse. Work included reinforcing structure with new beams on the 8th floor.
Field Report: “Six months of very hard existing conditions: splicing beams, crane road closures, swinging steel over the top of an eight-story building. We’ve been keeping it safe by taking steel reinforcements through a small hole in the roof.”
