"During the construction of 1630 Columbia Road (The Silva), James G Davis had a great working relationship with East Coast Iron Works (E.C.I.). Their can-do attitude created solutions and not excuses to design related problems and a very challenging project. E.C.I. understands the big picture of team-oriented client relations and getting the project complete. This was noticed by the developer of the project, EastBanc Developer, who went on to subcontract directly with E.C.I., for additional work. I wish working with all subcontractors was as good an experience as working with Brian Rader and his team."

Scope of Work: All miscellaneous metals including: architectural stair system, railings, cooling system platforms, decorative screen walls, stainless cable railings, entry gates, and planters.
Status: Completed in 2021 after two years of dealing with multi-colored powder-coated rails, louvers, and planter steel edging.
